^Yes, that is real. And yeah, it's effin gross. This was my boyfriend's leg (this summer) after he decided to jump off a pool slide and crack his leg (luckily not his skull!!!!) on the edge of the pool. No, that isn't a bone, though we thought it was!!! He's got QUITE a scar!!
